ORDER :

1. The application is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated February 18, 2022.

2. The application was considered along with CRM (DB) No. 30 of 2022.

3. Prior to recess Mr. Arindam Roy, Advocate appeared and submitted that he wanted time. He was asked to come back at 2 P.M. today to continue with his submissions.

4. The Court is informed that Mr. Arindam Roy left the Court premises during recess.

5. He is not appearing now.

6. In view of the serious allegations levelled against him and in view of the affidavit filed on behalf of the State relating to the case, it would be appropriate to grant an opportunity to Mr. Arindam Roy, Advocate to appear and explains his conduct.

7. Given his conduct his presence should be ensured.

8. In such circumstances, the police are requested to ensure the presence of Mr. Arindam Roy, Advocate in Court on the next date.

9. List the application on March 16, 2022.
