Arvind Singh Chandel, J. - This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 10.7.2017 passed by the Special Judge under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (henceforth 'the Act'), Jashpur in Special Criminal Case No.10 of 2016, whereby the Appellants have been convicted and sentenced as under:
