ORDER :

1.This Miscellaneous Appeal has been preferred by the claimants under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act of 1988') for enhancement of the award under appeal dated 28.04.2015 passed by the 5th Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Raipur (C.G.) in Claim Case No.38/2012, whereby the learned Tribunal has awarded the total amount of compensation to the tune of Rs.5,63,200/-with 9% interest per annum from the date of filing of the claim petition till the date of actual payment. The parties to this appeal shall be referred hereinafter as per their description before the Tribunal.

2. Briefly stated the facts of the case are that on 01.05.2012 at about 10:30 am, the deceased Smt. Anusuiya Verma was going along with her husband by a motorcycle while sitting behind him from Raipur to village Saguni for attending the wedding ceremony.
