1. By way of these petitions filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter after referred to as ‘Cr.P.C.’), the petitioner has assailed orders dated 06.08.2014 and 01.09.2014 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi whereby the request of the petitioner herein for return of complaint for filing the same in the Court of appropriate territorial jurisdiction was declined.
2. Since all the petitions involve an identical question of law, therefore they are being disposed of by this common order.
3. The factual matrix of the case is that the petitioner filed complaint(s) under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’) against respondents for the offence under Section 138 of the Act. Crl. M.C. No. 4688/2014 pertains to cheque No. 548896 dated 20.05.2012 for Rs.1,74,04,331/- (Rupees One crore seventy four lakhs four thousand three hundred and thirty one); Crl. M.C. No. 4690/2014 relates to cheque No.548897 dated 20.06.2012 for Rs.1,72,43,950/- (Rupees One crore seventy two lakhs forty three thousand and nine hundred fifty); Crl. M.C. No.4692/2014 pertains to cheque No.548898 dated 20.07
