1. Vide the present petition; petitioner seeks directions thereby quashing FIR No. 309/2015, registered at PS-Bawana for the offences punishable under Sections 323/452/506 IPC.
2. Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that aforesaid case was registered on the complaint of respondent no. 2 namely, Vijay Kumar, which is pending for investigation. Meanwhile, petitioner and respondent no. 2 have resolved all their disputes and the respondent no. 2 is no more interested to pursue the case further against the petitioner.
3. Respondent no. 2 is present in the Court and he has been identified by the IO concerned. Respondent no. 2 submits that he does not want to pursue the case further against the petitioner and has prayed that the present petition may be allowed. To this effect, affidavit of respondent no. 2 is also on record.
4. Petitioner is also present in the Court and submits that he is 24 years of age and is preparing for the competitive examinations. His carrier is at stake and has prayed this Court that since, respondent no. 2 has compromised the matter he may not be directed to face the trial.
