JUDGMENT :

P.S.TEJI, J.

1. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners, namely, Ravinder Rawat, Smt. Dilora Devi, Sh. Jitender Singh Rawat, Sh. Mahipal Singh Rawat and Sh. Satinder Rawat for quashing of FIR No.397/2013 dated 22.06.2013, under Sections 406/498A/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mangolpuri on the basis of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner no.1 and the respondent No.2, namely, Ms. Usha Rawat before the Family Court, Rohini, Delhi on 24.11.2014.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submitted that the respondent No.2, present in the Court has been identified to be the complainant/first-informant of the FIR in question by SI Uma Datt.

3. Respondent No.2, present in the Court, submitted that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved. As per the joint statement of respondent no.2 and the petitioner no.1, the matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioner no.1 shall pay an amount of Rs.5.75 lacs towards full and final settlement of all the claims of the complainant/respondent no.2 towards stridhan, dowry articles, permanent alimony (past, present and future) an
