P.S. TEJI, J.

1. The present petition under Section 482 Cr. P.C. has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Prince Vashista for quashing of FIR No. 607 of 2014 dated 23.09.2014, under Sections 288/304A IPC registered at Police Station Sunlight Colony on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No. 2, namely, Smt.Shabana Khatoon and respondent No. 3, namely, Master Faiz (through his legal guardian/respondent No. 2).

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submitted that the respondent Nos. 2 & 3, present in the Court have been identified to be the victims in the FIR in question by their counsel.

3. Respondent No. 2 present in the Court, submitted that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved. As per the compromise, the respondent No. 2 has no grievance or grudges against the petitioner. It has been settled that the petitioner would pay a sum of Rs. 2 lacs to the respondents in full and final settlement towards all her claims arising out of the incident dated 23.09.2014. The respondent No. 2 & 3 undertake not to file any claim/case/litigation/proceedings against the petitioner. Further, the quashing o
