P.S.TEJI, J.

1. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners, namely, Shri Bal Kishan Chauhan and Smt. Madhu Chauhan for quashing of FIR No.143/2013 dated 13.03.2013, under Sections 323/354-A(I)/354-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Jagat Puri on the basis of the mediation report of the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi arrived between Sh. Deepak Chauhan and the respondent no.2, namely, Smt. Geetika on 23.12.2014.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submitted that the respondent no.2, present in the Court has been identified to be the complainant/first informant in the FIR in question by her counsel.

3. The factual matrix of this present case is that the marriage between the respondent no.2 and Deepak Chauhan was solemnized in the year 2010. After the marriage, complainant’s in-laws started beating her and her in-laws used to instigate her husband to beat her. The father-in-law of the complainant used to make illicit moves towards her. The activities of the father-in-law of the complainant kept on increasing day by day and on the refusal of the complainant, on instigation of the father-in-la
