1. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Sh. Harender Singh for quashing of FIR No.171/2007 dated 12.03.2007, under Sections 279/337/304A IPC registered at Police Station Mangolpuri on the basis of the compromise deed arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent no.2, namely, Sh. Rizwan Ahmad on 12.08.2015.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submitted that the respondent no.2, present in the Court has been identified to be the complainant/first informant in the FIR in question by SI Uma Datt.

The factual matrix of the present case is that the complainant lodged the FIR in question on the allegation that on 23.03.2002, the complainant along with his children and wife was going to meet his family members on a motorcycle. At about 2:15 pm when they reached Pitampur Police Line, a bus bearing No. DL1PA-5057 came and hit the motorcycle of the complainant. As a result, the complainant fell down along with his children and wife. The left wheel of the bus slided over the leg and hand of the wife of the complainant and she was dragged along by the bus and when the public raised al
