P.S.TEJI, J.

1. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners, namely, Smt. Savita Devi and Sh. Manjeet for quashing of FIR No.337/2009 dated 04.11.2009, under Section 365/34 IPC registered at Police Station Hari Nagar on the basis of the compromise deed arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, namely, Sh. Sube Singh Nehra, on 29.07.2015.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submitted that the respondent no.2, present in the Court has been identified to be the complainant/first informant in the FIR in question by SI Mohit Parkash.

3. The factual matrix of the present case is that the FIR in question was lodged by the complainant on the allegation that the son of the complainant namely, Pradeep was living at Dwarka. On 31.10.2009, the complainant had a talk with Pradeep at about 9 pm. On 01.11.2009, Rajeev Tomar called the complainant on the telephone and he was informed by the complainant that Pradeep is not at home. The complainant made a PCR call. The complainant lodged the missing complaint of his son Pradeep.

Later, the complainant and the petitioners settled all their disputes with each other.
