1. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners, namely, Sh. Ashwani Sirohi, Sh. Vinod Kumar, Sh. Sandeep, Sh. Balkishan Dhawan @ Kishan Dhawan, Sh. Sanjeev Kumar and Sh. Kamruddin for quashing of FIR No. 403/2006 dated 25.07.2006, under Sections 365, 392, 342, 323, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Sarojini Nagar on the basis of a settlement agreement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, namely, Smt. Laxmi Bansal on 09.09.2015.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submitted that the respondent no.2, present in the Court has been identified to be the First-informant/complainant in the FIR in question by her counsel.

3. The factual matrix of the present case is that the FIR in question was lodged by the complainant on the allegation that on 25.07.2006, the complainant was in her car. When her car reached the Sarojini Nagar flyover, one Maruti 800 car in which 4 persons were sitting, stopped in front of her car. When the driver of the complainant asked the said persons, they slapped her driver. One of them sat on the driver seat and the other person sat with the complainant and meanw
