P.S. TEJI, J.

1. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners, namely, Sh. Mohd. Hamid, Sh. Mohd. Rashidur Zafar, Sh. Suhail @ Pappu and Sh. Mohd Addil @ Adil for quashing of FIR No.83/2013 dated 21.08.2013, under Sections 323/324/325/341/427/452/308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Jama Masjid on the basis of the Memorandum of Understanding executed between the petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 5, namely, Sh. Jawad Jahid, Sh. Saad, Sh. Naseemul Zafar and Sh. Mohd. Sarfaraz on 26.04.2016.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submitted that the respondent no.2, present in the Court has been identified to be the first-informant/complainant and respondent nos.3 to 5 have been identified to be the victims in the FIR in question by their counsel.

3. The factual matrix of the present case is on the allegation that on 21.08.2013 at about 4.30 pm, the complainant’s uncle along with his uncle’s son and the complainant’s brother, respondent nos.3 to 5 herein respectively, were present at their shop when suddenly the accused persons/petitioners herein came to the said shop and started to attack the complainant’s uncle alo
