GITA MITTAL, J.
1. The petitioner had complained that illegal parking in and around Jasola District and the road along TDI centre had developed which is run and controlled by parking mafia. In this regard, our attention is drawn to the counter affidavit filed by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation setting out the details of authorized parking sites under their control. The SDMC has disclosed existence of authorized parking at the following three spots :
| S. No. | Parking Area | Possession | Company to which Possession is Granted | Date of Possession | Remarks |
| 1. | Jasola District Center Plot No.3,7,8 & 9 | YES | Shri Dharmender | 28.4.2016 | Authorised Parking |
| 2. | Mohan Co-operative | YES | M.S. Contractor | 16.3.2017 | Authorised Parking |
| 3. | Non-Hierarchical Commercial Center, Jasola | YES | Deepika Associates | 21.12.2016 | Authorised Parking |
2. Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no parking permissible on the plot nos.3, 7, 8, 9, Jasola District Centre. It is submitted by ld. counsel for the SDMC that reference to the plot, so far as the parking site is concerned, is to enable the identification. In fact, the parking is along the road in front of these plots where authorized parking has been permitted. This fact is confirmed by the respondent nos.3 and 4 in their counter affidavit dated 28th September, 2016 which have to be read along with the enclosed documents. It is also manifested from the allotment letter dated 25th April, 2016 “regarding parking site in front of Plot No.3 and in front of Plot No.7, 8 & 9, Distt. Centre Jasola” addressed by the Delhi Development Authority to the AE/Survey, DDA, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi-110023 with copies addressed to the allottees.
3. In view of the above, the necessary clarifications have been provided and this writ petition need not detain us any further.
4. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
