This petition is filed under Section 497(6) of The Companies Act, 1956 (herein referred to as "the Act") by the Official Liquidator (OL), seeking voluntary winding up of the Company SHINSHO K MAC PRECISIONS PARTS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED (VOL. LIQN.) (herein referred to as the "said company").

2. A perusal of the petition shows that the said Company was incorporated under the provisions of the Act on 29.03.2012 with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana (ROC), having authorized share capital of Rs. 1.75 Crores divided into 17,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/-. The Paid up capital of the said company was Rs. 15,14,10,000 (Fifteen Crores Fourteen Lakhs Ten Thousand) divided 1,51,41,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/-.

3. The registered office of the said Company is situated at 603, International Trade Tower, Nehru Palace, New Delhi-110019.

4. The said Company has passed a special resolution in its Extraordinary General Meeting held on 26.09.2016 for voluntary winding up of the said Company, wherein, Mr. Himanshu Srivastava, was appointed as Voluntary Liquidator of the said Company at a remuneration of Rs. 50,000/-.
