This is an application filed by the applicant/appellant seeking condonation of 94 days delay in filing the present appeal.

"In the premises as aforesaid, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to:
a)Allow this appeal and set aside the impugned judgment Dated 15.09.2023 passed by Single Judge of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi In Cont. Cas(C) 1415/2022; or/and
b)Call for records of the case from Learned Single Judge of Hon'ble High Court in Cont. Cas(C) 1415/2022; or/and
c)Pass such other or further order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case."
