N.G. Nandi, J. By this petition, the petitioner prays for the release on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest.

The facts giving rise to the filing of present petition shortly stated, are that Mrs. Veena Devi, daughter-in-law of the petitioner was married to Hemant Kumar, son of the petitioner on 4.12.92; that Veena Devi allegedly died an unnatural death by consuming some poison; that a complaint u/s. 498-A/304-B IPC was lodged and registered on the statement of Hoti Ram, the father of the deceased. The petitioner moved an application u/s. 438 Cr.P.C. seeking relief of release before arrest. By order dated 19.8.96, the petitioner was granted relief u/s. 438 Cr.P.C. It appears that thereafter, the uncle of the deceased moved an application dated 29.8.96 praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner alleging that in fact, custody of children of deceased was with the uncle of the deceased and that the relief of bail was obtained by stating that petitioner has to take care of minor children of the deceased, who incidentally are grand-children of the petitioner.
