1. The three prayers in the application are:
a. To declare that this Hon'ble Court does not have jurisdiction to entertain the present suit;
b. To reject the plaint in the present Suit i.e. C.S. (Comm) No.689 of 2017 titled "Daler Mehendi v. Sony Music Entertainment India Ltd. & Ors."
c. That the plaint in the present Suit i.e. C.S. (Comm) No.689 of 2017 titled "Daler Mehendi v. Sony Music Entertainment India Ltd. & Ors." may be returned to the Plaintiff for filing the same before the appropriate Court;
