JUDGMENT (Oral)

1. The present petition is filed under section 438 of Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in pursuance to FIR No.423/2018 registered at Police Station Sarita Vihar for the offences punishable under sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC.

2. For the aforesaid relief, the petitioner moved three applications before the sessions court and the same were dismissed vide orders dated 24.01.2019, 12.03.2019 and 02.04.2019.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the complainant were working in the same company based in Faridabad (Haryana) from 2012. In the year 2015, they came close to each other and became good friends and finally they got married on 26.11.2016. After one year, certain disputes arose between the petitioner and the complainant. The parents of the petitioner made sarcastic remarks about the dowry items/stridhan given in the marriage. The petitioner insulted the complainant, slapped her and twisted her arms.
