JUDGMENT
G.S. Sistani, J.
(ORDER ON SENTENCE)
1. By a judgment dated 24.12.2019, this Court held the respondent guilty for civil contempt for having willfully disobeyed the order dated 31.05.2018 passed by this Court in FAO 260/2018. The matter was thereafter posted for arguments on sentence. On 24.01.2020, the matter was adjourned to 31.01.2020 and thereafter on 31.01.2020 to 05.02.2020, when arguments were heard in part. Further arguments were heard on 06.02.2020 and 11.02.2020.
