JUDGMENT

Sanjeev Sachdeva, J. (Oral)--The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that the payments as directed by order dated 15.06.2020 have been duly received.

3. Learned counsel for respondent submits that respondent shall henceforth make future payments by depositing the cheques in the account of the petitioner on or before 10th day of each English Calendar month so that the same can be credited into the account on or before 15th day of each English calendar month.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent further prays that his appeal pending before the Appellate Court impugning the order dated 09.06.2017 assessing interim maintenance be directed to be taken up for disposal expeditiously. He submits that the case is covered in the category of cases which can be taken up for final disposal with the consent of parties.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection to the appeal of the respondent being taken up for final disposal expeditiously by the Appellate Court.

6. Learned counsel for respondent submits that he shall be moving an application for expeditious consideration of the appeal by
