1. This application is filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC seeking the following reliefs:
"a) an order of interim injunction to restrain the Defendant by itself and its officers, servants, agents and representatives from manufacturing, bottling, selling, offering for sale, marketing, advertising, supplying, distributing, importing, exporting, stocking and dealing in, directly or indirectly, in any way whatsoever, in India or abroad, any whisky which is not Scotch Whisky under the mark "STROTTS" or by using any other mark, image, statement, expression or description which is indicative, suggestive or evocative of the United Kingdom or Scotch Whisky or which alludes or suggests
