This is an application filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Order XXII Rule 4 CPC seeking impleadment of Legal Representatives (hereinafter "LRs") of Respondent No.1, Mr. Jaswant Lal Aneja, who is stated to have passed away. The deceased has two LRs- Sh. Rajiv Aneja and Ms. Mona Aneja- both of whom are sought to be impleaded as Respondents No.1(a) & 1(b). Application is allowed.
