JUDGMENT
1. By this appeal the appellant challenges the judgment and order on sentence dated 1st September, 2016 whereby the appellant was convicted for offences punishable under Sections 186/333/34 IPC and awarded sentence of rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10 years for offence punishable under Section 333/34 IPC and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- in default whereof to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 2 years and rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 months for offence punishable under Section 186/34 IPC.
2. The sentence of the appellant was suspended by this Court vide order dated 17th January, 2020 as he had already undergone incarceration of a period of 5 years, 7 months, 3 days as on 27th December, 2019 and earned a remission of
