Mr. Justice V. Balakrishna Eradi, President — This Revision Petition cannot be entertained by us at this stage since the identical matter is admittedly subjudice before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 10412 of 1989. The Revision Petition will stand dismissed on this preliminary ground leaving it open to the Petitioner to approach this Commission afresh, at a later stage, if so advised and if the law permits the Petitioner so to do.
Revision petition dismissed.
