4. The complainant entered into a Channel Partner Agreement with the opposite party on 9th day of September, 1996. The opposite party pursuant to the agreement introduced its computer course in Sriperumpudur through the complainant. The opposite party shall provide the required infrastructure like furniture, computers, printers, stabilizers, softwares and other equipments on its own costs as per the technical specifications given by the opposite party.
