Mr. Justice P. Ramakrishnam Raju, President—All these 7 appeals arise out of a common judgment passed by the District Forum, Kurnool disposing of a batch of CDs i.e., C.D. Nos. 136/1999 to 142/1999. The opposite parties are common in all the CDs. The complainants are different who are agriculturists of Regadi Guduru Village, Velugodu Mandal, Kurnool District. who have purchased Red Gram seed from the first opposite party, the supplier, manufactured by the second opposite party. The following table contains the particulars of C.D. Nos., Survey No., extent of land, quantity of seed purchased/used and the expenditure incurred for cultivation.
