Mr. Justice Choudhary S.N. Mishra, President—In this original complaint, a claim has been made for a sum of Rs. 13,98,096/- on different heads, details whereof, have been mentioned in the schedule attached to the complaint petition which are as under :

On account of delayed credits given by the Bank in respect of encashment
of cheques as per Annexure ‘A’ hereto
