Mr. Justice K.C. Bhargava, President—This is an appeal against the judgment and order dated 28.7.2001 passed by District Consumer Forum, Deoria in Complaint Case No. 213 of 2000.
2. The facts of the case stated in brief are that the complainant had a Savings Bank Account with opposite party No. 1, State Bank of India, bearing No. 01190012026 which is computerized. The following amounts were wrongly withdrawn from the above mentioned Savings Bank Account on dates mentioned below :

Thus a total sum of Rs. 1,13,000/- was wrongly withdrawn from the account of the complainant. The complainant is entitled to this much amount along with 18% per annum interest.
3. Till 25.8.1999 a total sum of Rs. 1,27,000/- was in deposit which were entered in the Pass Book by the employees of the Bank. The complainant had withdrawn a sum of Rs. 10,000/- on 13.8.1999 through withdrawal form. On 5.10.1999 he again withdrew a sum of Rs. 7,000/- on withdrawal form. Both these amounts have been entered in the Pass Book by the employees of the Bank.
