ORDER

Mr. Justice J.D. Kapoor, President—On account of deficiency in service on the part of the respondent in including the bill of some other consumer in the bill of the appellant due to erroneous functioning of the computer, the District Forum vide impugned order dated 6.6.2005 has given following directions:

(1) show the credit amount of Rs. 6,452 as on July, 02;

(2) charge MG for August, 02 to December 02 on 4 KW on DL tariff;

(3) charge for 4881 units from 25.12.2002 to 28.9.2003 on tariff giving due slabs;

(4) charge for 232 units for 28.9.2003 to 11.10.2003 on DL tariff;

(5) charge for 925 units from 11.10.2003 to 8.3.2004 on DL tariff after giving slabs;

(6) charge for 1400 units from 8.4.2004 to 8.9.2004 on the average basis from 8.9.2004 till 28.1.2005. No period from 25.12.2002 to 4.6.203 can be allowed in calculation of average. This criteria is used by O.P. to deceive the consumer;

(7) charge for 988 units from 8.9.2004 till 28.1.2005 as per actual reading;

(8) charge as per actual reading from 29.1.2005 reading is 988;

(9) O.P. will credit the sum of Rs. 8,411 in the revised bill besides the credit amount as shown in the direction No. (i);

(10) O.P. will pay a
