ORDER

J.B, Garg, President - The complainant has alleged that Haryana Housing Board, respondent No. 1 was to take over the entire land offered by Shivalik Environ Cooperative Housing Building Society Ltd., respondent No.2. It has further been alleged that the land has been handed over and possession and ownership delivered to respondent No.1. The members of the Society, the complainant being one of them has not been allotted a developed or undeveloped plot. The complainant has demanded that the Haryana Housing Board, respondent No. 1 may be directed to deliver two kanal undeveloped land or one kanal developed plot of land to the complainant according to the agreement dated 22-4-1992.

2. Haryana Housing Board. respondent No.1, has filed a reply wherein it has been averred that the Head Office of the answering respondent is situate in Sector 6: Panchkula since November 1996 arid the complaint at Chandigarh is not maintainable. The agreement dated 22-4-1992 executed between the two respondents has been terminated on 22-5-1997, before filing of this complaint and as a consequence thereof the present complaint has become infructuous.
