ORDER

S.K. Kar, J. - The case of the appellant is that the complaint filed by the respondents is not maintainable and the same is filed on false and frivolous ground. The complainant/respondent is well known to one Me. J. Pereira, an agent of the appellant and the respondent approached through the said agent to book his ticket for journey to Louauis Villa via Bangkok by Royal Jordan Airline. It is contended that the respondent was told by the appellant that confirmed ticket would not be available but still he agreed to accept RQ tickets because of the exigency to travel abroad. It is the contention of the appellant that the reservation control system of the respondent No.2 is controlled at Aman and the computer gives the priority to all the waiting list passenger as such there is no scope for causing any manipulation. It is contended that the said J. Pereira took the respondent No. 1 to the office of the respondent No.2 in order to check up the position about the confirmation as recorded in the computer and the respondent No. 1 was duly intimated about the position of his ticket from time to time.
