ORDER(ORAL)

R.N. Mittal, President. The parties have compromised. It has been agreed between them that the telephone connection will be restored subject to payment of rental charges and restoration fee by the complainant. It has further been agreed that the dispute under Rule 421 between the parties shall be referred to the Arbitrator by the respondent. The respondent has further agreed that the telephone would be restored to the complainant within two weeks from the date when the charges have been paid by the complainant. The statement of the parties will constitute a part of the order. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
