G.G. Loney, President. In this complaint, the complainant has alleged negligence in the medical services of OPS and claimed compensation for the loss caused to him. IL is necessary to narrate the facts leading to the filing of this complaint. The complainant is a Jeweller having his business shop at Vasco-da-Cama - Goa. He is also a T.V. artist. The OP No. 1 is a full-fledged hospital being run by a trust. OP Nos. 2 & 3 are medical practitioners at Goa and are attached to OP No. 1 as honorary surgeons. 2. On 21.2.1991, the complainant was involved in a road accident and was admitted in the hospital of OP No.1 as an emergency case.
