ORDER

G.G. Loney, President. . Being aggrieved by the order of the District Forum, Akola dated 23.3.1992 passed in Complaint No. 114191 the appellant had presented this appeal. . The complaint filed by appellant was dismissed by the District Forum. The complaint was made by appellant before the District Forum, Akola alleging deficiency in the service of the Press Trust of India Ltd. The necessary facts are that the complainant has been publishing a Daily News Paper under the caption 'Matrubhoomi' in Akola. The Press Trust of India Ltd. is a public limited company doing the business at Bombay of supplying the news items to various news-papers. The complainant alleged that the services of the Press Trust of India(P.T.I.) were hired for the supply of information about the trading in shares, The complainant claims to be a subscriber of the P.T.I. on payment of Rs. 3,134/- p.m. as subscription for supply of news items of share prices. The complainant alleged that during last three years, due to the increase in the trading in shares of different companies, the readers were eager to read the newspaper.
