who have been directed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Ujjain to make a Maruti 800 can avai-lable to respondent No. 1-complainant Shailendra Singh by way of prize won by the latter on the basis of draw of prize coupons and he being holder of the prize winning coupon bearing No. 125514.

Appellants in order promote sale of their product “Josh Gutka Pan Masala” announced a scheme that on purchase of five pouches, the purchaser shall be given a prize coupon and the awardment of various prizes shall be decided on draw of lots of the said coupons given to various purchasers/consumers. One such draw of lots was held in December 2001 and as per result of the said draw published in ‘Dainik Bhaskar’ 4.12.2001 the holder of coupon No. 125514 was declared
