ORDER

B.S. Sreenivasa Rao, President Judgment Debtor is present. Decree Holders have remained absent. Judgment Debtor has filed Affidavit to the effect that possession of the suit premises was given to the Decree Holders as per the order of the Court and also he has filed a copy of the possession letter for giving possession to the Decree Holders on 5.7.2004 and also having sent a Demand Draft dated 23.7.2004 for the compensation of Rs. 20,000/- interest of Rs. 158/- and Court costs of Rs. 5,000/-.

2. The Decree Holders have not appeared before the Court. In view of the Affidavit filed by the Judgement Debtor, complying with the terms of the decree, the present Execution Application is closed for want of further prosecution.
