Kashalkar, Presiding Judicial Member— Feeling aggrieved by the order passed by the District Consumer Forum, Thane in consumer complaint No.381/05 decided on 3.2.07, whereby the complaint was partly allowed and O.P. Nos.1 & 2 have been directed to repaint the house premises and compound wall of the property of complainant within 3 months, failing which to pay refund amount of Rs. 76,330 with interest @ 9% p.a. and also directed to pay cost of Rs. 5,000, original O.P. 2. Respondent No.1 herein was the complainant in the Forum below. He filed consumer complaint against M/s. Asian Paint House and M/s. Colourspeak Services for deficiency in service rendered by the opponents in painting the bungalow and compound wall of the complainant. According to complainant, impressed by the advertisement of Asian Paints Co. published in Times of India, Mumbai, he approached O.P.
