2. This is an appeal from Nagpur Bench of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra. Heard both sides.

Since there was a grievance made by the Appellant/original Complainant, by a letter dated 9/3/2010 addressed to the President, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra with a request to see that the appeal shall be disposed of as early as possible, the file of the said appeal was called in view of Resolution No.6 dated 30/4/2010 passed by the Administrative Committee of the State Commission and thereafter, after notices to both the parties, the matter is fixed for final disposal. Both the parties are present. We heard them in detail. This appeal arises for our consideration under the following facts:-

4. Original Consumer Complaint No.206 of 2006 was filed by the Appellant/original Complainant before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Nagpur and it was decided by the said District Forum by an order dated 3/10/2006. In this complaint following order was passed:-
