Mr. T. Ashok Kumar, Member— These appeals are filed by the unsuccessful complainants of the above described consumer complaints against the opposite parties. Since the opposite parties are same and Common facts and law are involved, we intend to dispose of the same by common order. CC No. 38/2011 is taken as a lead case. For convenience sake the parties as arrayed in the complaint are referred to hereunder.
2. The brief facts of the complaint are as under:
CC 38/2011 pertaining to FA 925/2011:
In order to purchase a Motor vehicle the complainant approached the opposite parties and they financed Rs.17,19,000 in the form of a loan. Accordingly the complainant purchased vehicle bearing No.AP 31TA 7588 and an agreement dated 1.4.2010 was entered into in the said aspects for four years i.e., 1.4.2014. The complainant gave (6) blank cheques to the opposite parties but they did not issue copy of the said loan agreement. The said amount of Rs.17,19,000 was to be repaid in monthly instalments and the last instalment paid was 6.1:2011. In total, the complainant paid Rs.2,85,550.
