Ajit Bharihoke, Presiding Member—This revision is directed against the order of the State Commission, Andhra Pradesh in FA No. 570 of 2013 arising out of the order of the District Forum-I, Hyderabad dated 14.03.2013 in CC No. 1048 of 2013.

Briefly stated facts relevant for the disposal of the revision petition are that respondent filed a consumer complaint in District Forum Hyderabad alleging that he worked with erstwhile Global Trust Bank Limited since 17.07.1994. The erstwhile Global Trust Bank amalgamated with the petitioner bank in August 2004. After the amalgamation, the complainant became an employee of the petitioner bank and continued to function as Head-Country Operational Excellence Centre, Hyderabad. The complainant submitted his resignation with three months notice on 26.03.2005 and worked till 27.06.2005 till the expiry of period of notice. It is the case of the complainant that opposite party accepted the resignation and relieved the complainant of his dues on 27.06.2005 with a promise to settle the Provident Fund, Gratuity and leave encashment.
