ORDER :

J.M. Malik, Presiding Member—For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay in filing the revision petition, the delay of 31 days is hereby condoned, subject to just exceptions.

I.A. No. 4643 of 2015 stands disposed of.

2. Counsel for the parties present. Mr. Garish K. Joshi, who is the SPA Holder for M/s. Grafik Artz at NGM, Hubli, ordered for seven machines of 520V make, from the Ops Mrs. Bina Parag Shah and Shri Parag Shah. Thereafter, he filed a complaint that those machines were defective. The District Forum passed the following order:

“The complaint is allowed in part.

The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to replace the paper-cutter machine with suitable make available in the market at the freight charges of the complainant & to install the unit to the establishment of the complainant & to see that all the machine works consecutively onwards by supplying foil to 6th machine and to pay a sum of Rs.1,000 towards the compensation along with a sum of Rs. 500 towards the litigation charges within 60 days from the date of return of the paper cutter machine by the complainant under due acknowledgment. So also, the respondent also install the same and to s
