Rekha Gupta, Presiding Member—Present Revision Petition has been filed by the Petitioner/ Complainant against the impugned order dated 30.05.2012, passed by Haryana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Panchkula (for short, ‘State Commission’) in First Appeal No.644 of 2012.
2. Brief facts of the case are that the Petitioner/Complainant being the member of the ‘The Hisar Scholars Coop. House Building Society Limited, Hisar’ was allotted two plots of 250 Sq. yards bearing Plot No. 231-B and 232-B in the year 1982. Thereafter, Complainant had deposited the entire sale price of the plots is question with the Respondents No.1 to 3/Opposite Parties No. 1 to 3 followed by the development charges of Rs.2,500/- in the year 1983. However, without giving any notice, the Respondents cancelled the allotment of the above plots of the Petitioner vide letter bearing Ref. No. 828 dated 24.03.2005, which was received on 12.04.2005 through registered post.
