ORDER

D.K. Jain, President—This Complaint, under Section 21(a)(i) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (for short “the Act”), has been filed by a Company, styled as Pioneer Automotive Equipments Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, and its Directors, praying for the following directions to State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur and its functionaries, Opposite Parties No. 1 to 3 respectively:

(a) To pay, jointly or severally, an amount of Rs.4,30,00,000/- towards the business losses suffered by them under several heads;

(b) To pay interest @ 18% p.a. on the said amount of Rs.4,30,00,000/- with effect from the date of lodging of claim till its realization;

(c) To pay an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- towards mental torture and harassment etc.; and

(d) To pay Rs.2,00,000/- as costs of litigation.

2. Having heard learned Counsel for the Complainants, on the question of admission of the Complaint, for considerable time, we are of the view that the present Complaint under the Act is not maintainable.

3. Succinctly put, the case of the Complainants, as pleaded, in the Complaint, is as follows:
