ORDER
Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the order dated 11.3.2014 passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana (hereinafter referred to as “the State Commission”) in Appeal No.925/2013, whereby the Appeal preferred by the Petitioner herein has been dismissed and order dated 19.11.2013 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Panipat (hereinafter referred to as “the District Forum”) in Complaint No.112/2012 has been affirmed. It may be mentioned here that the Petitioner is an exporter and is having a Current Account No.1694807 with the Respondent Bank. Some payment was received in Pound Sterling in the account of the Petitioner on 30.3.2011. The Respondent Bank credited the amount of the Pound Sterling by giving the exchange rate of Rs.70/- per Pound Sterling in the Petitioner’s account. According to the Petitioner, the exchange rate on 30.3.2011, when the amount was credited to its account, was Rs.71.99p. per Pound Sterling and therefore, the Bank had given less credit to the extent of Rs.43,919.19p. Before the District Forum, the Petitioner did not place any document to show as to what was the exchange rate for sale of Pound
