ORDER
Dr. S.M. Kantikar, Member - This Revision has been filed against the order in first appeal FA 3018/2007 of Haryana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Panchkuia (in short as "State Commission") on the ground that the State Commission has acted in the exercise of its jurisdiction illegally and with material irregularity inasmuch as it has ignored the evidence that there was no deficiency of service on the part of the petitioner. The State Commission modified order of district Forum and directed the appellant-opposite party to pay compensation of Rs. 484,467 to the complainant within 60 days from the date of order along with 6% interest per annum from the date of filing complaint till realization with cost of litigation of Rs. 5,000.

It is undisputed that Maruti Esteem car bearing registration No. HR-03E 1101 of the complainant was insured for the period 29.12.2002 to 29.12.2003 for IDV (Insured Declared Value) a sum of Rs. 5,38,296 with the opposite party No. 1 through OP being tie up arrangements between the OP No. 1 and OP No. 2.
