Mr. Justice J.M. Malik, Presiding Member - The complainants booked a flat in Pune in the residential Project Villagio Toscana, launched by IDEB Group in September, 2006. It was agreed that the possession was to be given by October, 2008/April 2009. The Opposite Parties had permission to sell the flats upto 5th Floor but they have illegally sold the flats till 8th Floor.

2. This complaint was filed by the complainants Mr. Atul Nayar and his mother Mrs. Kiran Nayar through the Authorised Representative Mr. R.K. Nayar, the father of complainant No. 1. The complainants have contested the case themselves, without any legal assistance. The complainants applied for a flat with the IDEB Grand Reality Pvt. Ltd. -Opposite Party.
