ORDER

Mrs. M. Shreesha, Member—This Revision Petition, by the Complainant is directed against the order dated 23.09.2009, passed by the Rajasthan State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for short "the State Commission") in First Appeal No. 223 of 2009. By the impugned order, the State Commission has exonerated the Respondent No.1 herein from the liability fastened on it by virtue of the order dated 06.01.2009, passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Bheelwara (for short "the District Forum") in Complaint Case No. 168 of 2008. By the said order, while accepting the Complaint filed by the Petitioner herein, alleging deficiency in service on the part of the Respondent Finance Company, namely, Shagun Finance Investment (P) Ltd., in repossessing the vehicle in question, namely, Tempo, without notice and on the part of Vipul Motors & Machineries, the Dealer, for not repairing the vehicle within the period of warranty, despite the fact that it had remained with it for almost one month, the District Forum had, inter alia, directed the Finance Company and the Dealer to pay to the Complainant 52,175/- and 28,615/- respectively with interest @ 9% p.a., besides 15,000/
