ORDER

Rekha Gupta, Presiding Member. - Present Revision Petition has been filed by the Petitioner/Complainant against the impugned order dated 17.03.2017, passed by Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Chandigarh (for short, 'State Commission') in (First Appeal No. 723 of 2015).

2. Brief facts of the case are that the Petitioner/Complainant had been dealing in milling of wheat, flour, maida and suji and other products etc. under the name and style of M/s Golden Wheat & Allied Mills Pvt. Ltd. and it had been packing its products as per the trade practice with packing material/stuff from the initial stage of business and sufficient quantity of this packing material was stored in the premises of the Petitioner Company. The packing was being done at the machines itself by the workers of the Petitioner without involvement of any outside agency. The Petitioner Company has been regularly taking insurance policies since 2005. and the Petitioner was having three renewed policies as below:-

i) 3604001112000000001 w.e.f. 25.4.2012 to 24.4.2013

ii) 3604001112000000003 w.e.f. 15.5.2012 to 14.5.2012

iii) 36040011120100000434 w.e.f.31.2013 to 30.3.2014

On 10.04.2013, a fire broke
