ORDER

R.P. Dholakia, President - Against the present appellant and respondent No. 2 herein, present respondent No. l - original complainant had filed complaint before Consumer Disputes Redressai Forum. Mehsana being Complaint No. 49 of 2001. Same has been finally disposed of by the District Forum by its order dated 7.12.200b. partly allowing the complaint. directing the original opponents to pay jointly and severally Rs. 75,000 with interest @ 9% from 7.3.2001 till realisation and cost of Rs. 2,000. Being aggrieved by the judgment and order of the District Forum, original opponent No. l has filed the present appeal.

The original complainant had some problem in his right eye. He, therefore, approached the hospital run by original opponent No. 1.
