ORDER

R.S. Madan, President - The above mentioned both the appeals have arisen out of the order dated 14.8.2007 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Kurukshetra whereby complaint No. 212 of 2007 filed by the complainant has been accepted by granting following relief:

"......we accept the complaint partly and direct the OPs to accept the interest on instalments already paid or balance if any @ 10% p.a. simple. Proper calculation shall be provided to complainant @ 10% p.a. simple interest and this amount shall be paid by allottee within six months of date of providing calculation. We further direct OPs to provide amenities as like proper passage to booth by constructing pavement etc. as per rules, parking place, parking light and toilets etc. This order shall be complied within 90 days from the date of preparation of copy of this order failing which penal action under Section 27 of the C.P. Act will be taken."

2. Aggrieved against the impugned order appeal No. 3143 of 2007 has been filed by the complainant for enhancement of compensation and appeal No. 193 of 2008 has been filed by the opposite parties for setting aside the impugned order.
